Drillbone at the SECEC 2025 Congress in Rotterdam
Our participation at SECEC 2025 in Rotterdam, one of the leading European congresses in shoulder and elbow surgery, confirmed the growing momentum behind arthroscopic transosseous rotator cuff repair.
More than 60 specialists from major international centres visited our booth. The simplicity and reproducibility of the technique using the Drillbone Tunneler, together with the upcoming multicentre pRCT study, attracted significant interest. As more surgeons seek sustainable and biologically oriented solutions, the implant-free transosseous approach is becoming an increasingly relevant option.
A highlight of the event was the visit of Claudio Chillemi, author of the well-known monograph on transosseous techniques. His interest in our innovation and his intention to try the method underscored the renewed attention this approach is receiving across the surgical community.
We thank all colleagues and experts from around the world who stopped by, shared their insights, and contributed to meaningful discussions. We look forward to continuing these collaborations and to the next SECEC congress.
