Although transosseous repair has a long clinical history, modern arthroscopic approaches remain less accessible to many surgeons. The workshop offers an opportunity to discuss the technique with experienced users and evaluate its role in current shoulder surgery.

As procedural efficiency and healthcare economics become increasingly important, we will also look at the economic impact of rotator cuff repair. Implant-free transosseous repair can significantly reduce procedural costs while maintaining strong clinical outcomes.
