Tunneler is heading beyond Europe for the first time!
We are happy to announce today that we have managed to meet all the legal requirements and have shipped our friend, Fredy Montoya Duran M.D., his very own Drillbone Tunneler to Chile.
Fredy liked our instrument and surgical technique so much that he did not hesitate to fly to the Czech Republic in May to learn how to operate using the Tunneler. "It's totally fantastic. Thanks a lot! Looking forward to start with the drillbone, it will make a great differences among our patients!!!," Fredy expressed publicly on LinkedIn.
Working with Fredy has been seamless and we are proud that we have become friends. For one of our surgeries in Brno, our dear friend from Poland, Maciej Uchowicz, M.D., came to join us as well. You can see our entire international team in the photo above.
We are sure that these were not the last joint surgeries carried out with Fredy, as we plan to reinforce our cooperation in the future. For now, Fredy can start operating with his very own Tunneler and educate his colleagues. Fingers crossed, Fredy!
